How Delivery Works
Step 1:
Place an order via phone, text, email or our website for following:
Monday to Friday (daily) delivery – Toronto
Tuesday delivery – Peel & Halton
Minimum Order Requirement
$250 for all types of delivery including standard, late, next day and same day
Free Delivery Order Requirement
$400 and more for only standard delivery, does not include late, next and same day delivery.
Step 2:
Order cut off – Standard Delivery
(Charges $7.99)
Order cut off – Wednesday 5pm for delivery for following
- Monday (Toronto)
- Tuesday (Halton and Peel)
Late Order cut off
(Extra Charges $15)
Thursday 2pm for delivery for following
- Monday (Toronto)
- Tuesday (Halton and Peel)
Order cut off – Next Day Delivery
(Extra Charges $35)
For next day delivery order by 11am
(subject to product and driver availability)
Order cut off – Same Day Delivery
(Extra Charges $60)
For same day delivery order by 9am
(subject to product and driver availability)
Step 3:
Receive order confirmation by email.
Receive a second email with delivery schadule 24 hours prior to delivery day.
Step 4:
Order is delivered to school during school hours for standard and late delivery. Next day and same day delivery ETA’s might not be provided as these would be dealt case by case.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
UNFORTUNATELY ORDERS SUBMITTED AFTER THURSDAY 2PM WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED DELIVERY ON FOLLOWING MONDAY OR TUESDAY.
WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE AN EXACT TIME OF DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INCLEMENT WEATHER,TRAFFIC JAM , ROAD ACCIDENTS, TIME TAKEN TO UNLOAD THE DELIVERY AT OTHER SCHOOLS, ETC.
